Red Flag Recruitment are seeking experienced candidates to join a well-established Telemarketing company based in the heart of Brighton.
The role of a Lead Generation Agent is to contact businesses, discuss their company needs and problems they need solving and register an interest or book an appointment.
Working Hours: 9.00am – 5.00pm
Salary: £9.00/hr Weekly pay
Requirements of a Lead Generation Agent:
- 1+ years’ experience in lead generation, telesales or call center.
- Must be a self-starter
- Thrive in a growing, fast past, dynamic work environment.
- Exceptional people skills and team player.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Comfortable talking to high-level businesses on the phone.
