Field Service Technician

Location: Field based, covering the South & South East.
Salary: £30-35k dependant on experience
Contract: Full time, permanent.

As a Field Service Engineer working in our Technical Service Team you will be exposed to a wide variety of design and engineering challenges covering our range of premium domestic appliances. You will be an experienced fault-finder and solutions-focused to identify and resolve technical issues with our customers' home appliances.

You will be responsible for ensuring assigned daily service calls are completed efficiently, safely and to a high standard of care and customer satisfaction. Committed to delivering the F&P premium brand experience to our customers who have experienced technical issues, whilst promoting and maintaining excellent levels of customer care, focusing on delivering a "first-time fix" that meets the customers' needs.

You will perform repairs, refurbish and install major home appliances that are both in and out of warranty in customers' homes, workshops, dealer showrooms or warehouses and other designated locations in and around your patch (South & South East England).

• You thrive in a hands-on environment where you can own the results of your hard work
• Proven technical skills - domestic appliance experience is desirable
• Computer literate (MS Office) & Apple iPad/iPhone
• Action orientated and self-motivated
• Able to communicate effectively - both orally and written
• Thorough and methodical approach

Previous experience working with domestic appliances and Gas Safe qualification would be highly advantageous.
