Red Flag Recruitment LTD are looking to hire an Insurance Adviser for a Leading Financial Advisers company in the city of Brighton

This is an exciting opportunity to build a career at one of the UK's leading and fastest growing financial adviser firms. The firm is extremely well respected in the industry, having been nominated for numerous awards and is frequently quoted in leading newspapers, such as the Financial Times and The Independent. The role comes with a basic salary of £24,000 to £30,000, depending on your experience, and a generous monthly bonus structure. Top performing advisers are earning over £60,000 per annum. The role also comes with several other employee benefits and generous holiday entitlement.

Red Flag Recruitment LTD’s client will sponsor you through professional qualifications, with the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII).

For those that demonstrate a high level of ability there may also be the opportunity to progress to undertake the Diploma in Financial Planning (DipPFS) with the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII), with the aim of developing you into a holistic financial adviser that can also provide advice on pensions, investments and tax planning.

You will join the team in our Brighton office as an Insurance Adviser providing whole of market advice to personal clients on life insurance, critical illness cover, income protection and private medical insurance.

With ongoing training and development, you will be required to achieve a very high level of technical expertise combined with premier client service.
