Red Flag Recruitment are seeking experienced candidates with a Telesales background to join a growing call center based in Brighton.
Working Days: Monday to Friday 10.00am - 5.30pm.
Pay: Between £15,000-£18,000/annum (depending on experience and interview) + generous uncapped commission.
Responsibilities of a Telesales Agent:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships.
- Manage a sales database, ensuring all sales calls are logged accurately, including contact details, result of calls, and any follow up dates or other action required.
- Deliver consistent quality service to customers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets/KPI’s.
Requirements of a Telesales Agent:
- Good communication skills.
- Experience with Sales/Cold Calling.
- Able to understand the logic and reason of the calls made to the customer.
- Handling all calls with patience and tolerance.
- Able to maintain a positive attitude under all circumstances.
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Experience in B2B telesales is a bonus.
