Red Flag Recruitment are seeking experienced individuals who have excellent customer service and time management skills, and confident engaging in conversation to join a growing company based in Hove.

The role of a Call Center Insurance Agent:

  • Cold calling new and existing customers and follow communication scripts.
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide insurance and warranty packages.
  • Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
  • Keep records of all conversations on the customer database.
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary.
  • Meet personal/team targets and KPI’s.

Working Days: Monday to Friday 10.00am – 6.00pm.

Pay: £10.00/hr + Uncapped commission.

Skills Required of a Call Center Insurance Agent:

  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous telesales experience.
  • Customer focused.
  • Target driven.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to work well within a team as well as individually.
