We are currently looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join a brand new, long-term project in the Eastbourne area. The client is a nationwide 5* housebuilder with projects across the UK and a number of long-term residential schemes across Surrey and Sussex, this particular site is a brand new project consisting of 390 traditional build units.

The developer is a 5* volume builder with a wealth of projects in the Surrey/Sussex area.

As an Assistant Manager you will be responsible for predominantly the internals, taking units from pre-plaster through to completion including customer handover.

Suitable candidates must have;

·Traditional build housing experience

·Very presentable and good with customers

·A minimum of 2+ years’ experience of working for Residential developers within the UK

·A stable career history of permanent employment

·CSCS, SMSTS & First aid all in date
