The Governors wish to appoint two motivated, enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidates will have Experience of supporting and understanding students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and of the SEND Code of Practice 2014.
•An ability to demonstrate excellent literacy and numeracy skills
•The ability to relate well to students and young people
•Good communication skills and be adaptable, flexible and keen to support progress in learning
•The ability to work within a team and independently
•First Aid training or the willingness to train would be an advantage

1x Level C - 32.5 hours per week, term time only, permanent contract, NJC Scale 5
Actual starting salary - £17,118
