Telesales Agents in Hove
Telesales Agents required for immediate start!
Red Flag Recruitment are seeking experienced Telesales Agents to join a friendly call center based in Hove, East Sussex.
Primary purpose of a Telesales Agent:
- Achieving insurance and warranty sales leads through outbound telephone calls.
- To maintain and update the database of customer details in the system.
- To maintain an accurate record of activity, e.g. cold call, number of calls and duration of call, etc.
- Meeting and exceeding set targets and KPI’s.
Working Days: Monday to Friday 10.00am - 6.00pm.
Salary: £19,500/annum + Uncapped commission.
Requirements of a Telesales Agent:
- At least 1 year of experience in a Telesales/call center environment is essential.
- Familiar with inbound/outbound telephone work.
- Business telephone etiquette.
- Strong communications skills.
- Strong sales skills.
