Salary range - £24,445 - £29,613

We are currently looking to recruit a 14-16, EHE and Schools Coordinator/Lecturer at an exciting time for Plumpton College as we embark upon our next phase of ambitious growth.  The post-holder will co-ordinate the effective delivery of the 14-16 Programme in conjunction with the Programme Manager across all our college sites and work closely with students, families and key stakeholders to ensure each student is successfully engaged and making progress. The Coordinator will also work closely with the 14-16 Progress Coach. .

The successful candidate will demonstrate a passion for working with young students and a belief in the role of education in making a difference. A sound understanding of the challenges facing young students in the educational environment would be beneficial as is the ability to develop effective relationships with a range of stakeholders. Excellent communication and negotiation skills will be required to develop these relationships.

The role involves two days of teaching in this provision and provides an opportunity to make a significant difference to the students’ future prospects and outcomes.   

The successful candidate will work 3 days a week in the role of Coordinator and 2 days a week teaching.
