£30,087 - £32,882 per annum
37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
The Chichester College Group is committed to widening participation and aims to strengthen partnerships between its colleges with schools, universities and private training providers.
As the Senior School & College Progression & Engagement Co-ordinator, you will oversee a team of three people working across the Group, working to raise the aspirations and attainments of young people and adults from disadvantaged backgrounds who are currently under represented in higher education.
You will be passionate about progression opportunities for our young people. Experience of developing and delivering widening participation and aspiration activities is essential, as is experience of managing or supervising a team.
This post is fixed term for two years.
