Red Flag Recruitment are looking for enthusiastic and highly motivated Telesales Professionals to join a new company based in Brighton.
As part of the Sale team, you will be able to maximise every sales opportunity and build a long-term business relationship with all our client’s customers. You will be conducting a high volume of outbound sales calls and responsible of achieving and exceeding the allocated sales targets and KPI’s.
Key Requirements of a Telesales Professional:
- Be presentable with excellent communication skills.
- Have previous Sales or Telesales experience is a must.
- Comfortable with cold calling
- Be target oriented
- Be resilient and highly motivated.
- Be a Team player.
Working Days: Monday to Thursday 11.00am - 7.00pm/ Friday 10.00am – 5.30pm.
Pay: Between £15,000-£18,000/annum (depending on experience) + uncapped commission and bonuses.
