Field Sales Executive -FMCG Spirit Brand

£24,000-£26,000 plus Bonus & Car commission & package

We are looking for an energetic, proactive and experienced sales professional to assist the business with its ambitious plans for expansion in On-Trade Channel.

You will also be responsible for delivering the sales and marketing plan on a regional basis, maintaining the brand standards and to ensure that all campaigns are delivered in a timely manner in line with the marketing strategy.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Account Management – Ensuring the company is maximising all sales opportunities with existing on trade client base and continuing to provide excellent service and support
• Lead and develop the company’s regional account activity, ensuring effective leadership, existing account management and new business growth
• Emphasis on ensuring consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning is also essential

Essential Experience:

• Our ideal candidate has experience of account managing and promotional activations, plus plenty of on-trade knowledge
• Proven experience working with & building relationships
• Minimum of 2-3 successful years’ field sales experience in a similar role
• Experience working in a fast-moving drinks business demonstrating proactivity and creativity
• Drive, determination and commitment to get things done
