A Housebuilder are seeking a Site Manager to cover local sites for holiday cover. The Site Manager is sought for a residential housing scheme consisting of houses and flats. As the Site Manager you will be responsible for maintaining health and safety, overseeing the sub-contractors and coordinating labour and trades whilst continuously maintaining a hands on presence throughout. You will need to have: Previous experience successfully implementing a project from infancy to completion. First Aid, CSCS, SMSTS. Strong management and organisational skills. Ability to communicate across all levels. Hands on approach to site management.
