A truly innovate and hugely successful online consumer tech platform is looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of People in Brighton. You will be joining an award-winning startup that’s has doubled its team in the last 2 years, with 50 members of staff settling nicely into their new HQ.

As Head of People, your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering a compelling strategy!
- Driving new initiatives to enhance culture.
- Improving ways of working and ensuring the highest calibre of talent is being attracted.
- Encompassing the ownership of the strategy, talent acquisition, L&D, employee engagement, talent management and diversity and inclusion.
- A proven track record working in a fast-growing start-up and know exactly what it takes to build an awesome function and the challenges you will face along the way.
- To be a self-starter with a proactive and collaborative working style and strong stakeholder management skills.
- To be resilient and have the ability to embrace change and like to challenge the status quo.
- Experience in creating and building process to support rapid scaling of staff in high growth, high-performance business.
- An understanding of what it takes to hire great talent and have a strong handle on talent acquisition within a tech focused business.
- To be perceptive, have your finger on the “pulse” and be able to quickly address change in employee engagement.
- A solid understanding of HR theory and the know-how to apply this to an ever-evolving business.
