We are seeking experienced candidates to join a friendly telemarketing team based in Brighton.

This is a temporary ongoing role with the potential to go permanent.

Job Description of a B2B Telemarketing Specialist:

  • Calls existing business clients from the client database.
  • Confirm and update client contact details in the database.
  • Send through information regarding products, services and up and coming exhibitions.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing target results as needed.

Qualifications of a B2B Telemarketing Specialist:

  • Minimum 1-year telephone experience required.
  • Must be able to speak and write exceptionally fluent English.
  • Computer skills are a plus.
  • Team player.
  • Prior experience in a customer service/telephone role will be advantageous, but not required.

Days of work: Monday to Friday

Choice of two Shifts:

  • Morning-Afternoon 8.00am - 3.30pm
  • Afternoon-Evening 3.30pm -11.0pm

Rate of pay: £8.21/hr + generous uncapped commission and bonuses.
