Do you have administration experience? Have you worked in a fast paced environment?

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Administrator to join a company in Worthing, taking responsibility for a customers.

The role:

To provide support to external sales team for new and ongoing projects.
To process customer's orders efficiently and promptly.
Data entry of sales orders and contract review.
Follow up customer quotations.
Build rapport with customers.
Assist in maintaining CRM package.

You must have:

Excellent communication skills.
Attention to detail.
Good administrative skills.
Experience and ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Ability to manage the work load.
Experience working within a sales office environment.
Proficient IT skills including; Excel, Word and Outlook.

This is a great role for an individual who is seeking a sales administrator position.

The role is for 37 hours a week and offers a competitive salary.
