Job Title: Sales Executive - North America

Salary: £25k-£30k + bonus

Location: Brighton

Based in Brighton, the successful candidate will be tasked with converting sales leads by handling both inbound and outbound sales calls, emails and web chats. Working hours will need to be skewed towards US East coast time zone, although we do not envisage the need for this to be exactly mirrored.

Responsibilities

Undertaking initial contact with all customers - includes contacting new and existing enquiries and responding to all incoming phone and email sales enquiries within set time frames
Developing and maintaining relationships with customers to increase event opportunities, brand awareness and growth in the USA and Canada
Working closely with the Global Sales and Marketing Team in the UK and across the globe to develop sales strategies in line with company objectives
Other tasks as reasonably requested by the Head of Sales

Requirements

Minimum 2 years proven sales experience, in both face to face and telephone environments
Energetic, focused and results orientated mentality, with the confidence to achieve targets.
Excellent written and communication skills essential
Confident relationship building skills and the ability to engage with people of all ages and at all academic levels
Must be flexible to work with the business to understand best hours to work in order to maximise results from the marketplace.
Presentation experience advantageous
