Claims Telesales Agents

Red Flag Recruitment have the ideal opportunity for money motivated individuals to join a new company based in Brighton.
Salary: Between £15,000-£18,000 + Uncapped commission.
Your role of a Claims Telesales Agent:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to new and existing customers.
- Guide them through the claims process of RTA (Road Traffic Accident) claims.
- Update and record customers details.
- Meet and exceed daily, monthly sales targets and KPI’s.
Requirements of a Claims Telesales Agent:
- Comfortable with conducting a high volume of outbound calls and cold calling.
- Extensive experience within a Telesales/Call Center environment.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
- Excellent knowledge of English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
