Red Flag Recruitment have the ideal opportunity for money motivated individuals to join a new company based in Brighton.

Salary: Between £15,000-£18,000 + Uncapped commission.

Your role of a Claims Telesales Agent:

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to new and existing customers.
  • Guide them through the claims process of RTA (Road Traffic Accident) claims.
  • Update and record customers details.
  • Meet and exceed daily, monthly sales targets and KPI’s.

Requirements of a Claims Telesales Agent:

  • Comfortable with conducting a high volume of outbound calls and cold calling.
  • Extensive experience within a Telesales/Call Center environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
  • Excellent knowledge of English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
