EVENING RECEPTIONIST (Newhaven) 9 hours per week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 5pm-9.30pm), term time only, 35 weeks per year.
Actual pro rata salary £3,132 p.a.
This is an interesting and varied role in the customer service front line of Newhaven Reception. Administrative and reception duties combine with the opportunity to make a difference to people’s lives by helping them with course and financial information, so the successful candidate must enjoy dealing with the public. You must be an experienced receptionist/administrator with computer skills, and the ability to problem-solve and remain calm. You will be a first aider, a fire evacuation officer, and at times you will also have sole responsibility for locking and unlocking the Campus.
