Our client , a well run Contractor , are looking for a Operations Manager to help assist the Construction Director consolidate and expand their growing construction business in the South of England.

As the Operations Manager you will be responsible the delivery of multiple projects, must be an effective communicator and be able to successfully lead and develop a large costruction team.

The desired Operations Manager must have the following:

Experience of working on new build and refurbishment projects up to £10 million, ideally in the retail sector.
Project leadership qualities and exceptional soft skills.
A strong previous employment background.
Strong technical and financial acumen.

Controlling all aspects of delivery you will be managing a team of 5 plus contracts managers to help deliver effectively the quality of build or refurbishment to exceed the client's expectations.

Profile:

In order to be considered you must have a strong construction background and have previously worked for a quality contractor. You must be able to demonstrate a strong track record in having delivered high profile projects.
