Outbound Claims Consultants

We are seeking experienced Outbound Claims Consultants to join a new and growing company based in Brighton.

Our client is looking for people who have a wealth of telesales experience and are comfortable with cold calling.

Responsibilities of an Outbound Claims Agent:

• Manage outbound calls to prospective customers in a timely manner (Expected to make 100 - 150 calls per day).
• Guide customers through the claims process of RTA (Road Traffic Accidents).
• Build positive relationships with all customers and team members.
• Seize opportunities and achieve and exceed daily set targets and goals.

Days of work: Monday to Friday

Hours: 11.00am - 7.00pm Fridays 10.00am - 5.30pm.

Salary between £15,000-£18,000/annum + Uncapped commission.

Requirements of an Outbound Claims Consultant:

• Extensive outbound Telesales experience.
• Previous outbound cold calling experience.
• Ability to prioritise and multitask.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong and professional telephone manner.
