My client is a leading parcel delivery network who is looking for an experienced customer service professional that can work within their busy team based in Crawley near Gatwick.

Previous experience within a customer services environment is essential and experience within a logistics or parcel delivery industry would be highly desirable. We are looking for a confident individual with excellent customer service and a strong but friendly telephone manner as you will also be liaising with both customers and drivers on a day to day basis. Daily duties will include investigations into missing or damaged orders, customer queries and liasion with the drivers and warehouse team on site.

This is a permanent position. The company offer excellent training and professional growth.

This Customer Service position is working across a 7 day operation and will require a 5 day commitment and to working 1 in every 3 Saturdays rotated. Hours are as follows (9am to 5:30pm or a choice to work the 10am to 6:30pm shift Saturday hours are 08:30am - 4:30pm
