We are looking to recruit an experienced Chef de Partie, for a very busy fresh food focused pub, 7 miles outside of Brighton, near Hassocks. This award winning small group pub-restaurants is individually styled, serving local, high quality, seasonal food to a Rosette standard.

Due to the beautiful countryside location of the pub; you would be required to have your own transport as public transport locally is limited.

Your role as a Chef de Partie will include:

The successful Chef de Partie will have:

* Have at least 18 months experience in a similar role

* A background in a BUSY gastro pub or similar

* Great cooking ability

* Thrive in the busy kitchen environment

* A great personality
