Lettings Advisor - £18K + bonus - Hove - Must drive!

If you love meeting people and being out and about most of the day, then this is the ideal role for you. We are looking for a passionate and bubbly lettings advisor for our busy little office in central Hove.

Duties include but not limited to:
* Arranging viewing appointments
* Accompanying applicants to properties
* Dealing with incoming enquiries
* Liaising with landlords and tenants

Ideally you will have the following:
* Must have full driving licence (Pool car provided)
* Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
* Well spoken and presented
* Ability to multi task
* Be fairly familiar with the Brighton & Hove area

In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £18k plus £25 per successful let. Your standard working hours will be 9 - 5.30 Monday - Friday and 2 Saturdays a month from 9-12.
