Administrator to join our team based in Brighton.

Full Time and Part Time roles available.

This is a fantastic opportunity as a first step into the world of property.

We offer a varied and fast paced role.

Administration / maintenance background would be derisible but not essential as training will be provided.

If you have the passion we want to hear from you.

We want someone who is able to:

  • Drive (we have a company car which you will be able to use within working hours only depending on age)
  • Must speak fluent English
  • Answer the telephone
  • Administration
  • Working as part of a team
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Updating the company data base
  • Contracts 
  • Meet & greet clients
  • Liaise with Contractors, Tenants, Landlords, Suppliers and all departments
  • Flexibility within the workplace and working hours may be required from time to time.
  • Compiling Reports weekly & monthly

We offer the right person:

  • Salary - £15,000 / £16,000 per year
  • Use of our company car for work purposes only dependant on age
  • Training opportunities
  • 25 days holidays + Bank holidays
  • Working Hours: 9am – 5pm Monday-Friday

 Occasional Saturdays will be required throughout the Summer months with a day off in the week
