Excellent opportunity to manage the whole recruitment process for an innovative and people focused organisation in Crawley, West Sussex. You will be responsible for ensuring that the recruitment runs effectively, also providing Hiring Managers, Candidates and Agency suppliers with a consistent and reliable recruitment service.

This role would suit someone with solid, full recruitment cycle experience, either from an internal or agency environment. This must be from within a dynamic, fast paced and commercial environment. It is essential that you are passionate about people with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, have a pro-active approach and a can do attitude!
