Salary: £25k + OTE £60k
Our client is looking to recruit a Field Sales Executive.

Responsibilities
Home based role
Generating new business and developing lead generation
Fully maintained company car
Company supplied laptop or iPad and mobile phone
Generating, promoting and closing new and existing business leads
Ensuring targets and KPI's are achieved
Owning and driving development and growth of new client relationships
Promoting bespoke business telecommunication solutions
Preparing relevant leasing documents by collecting, analysing, and summarising information
Being able to present products digitally
Maintaining quality and service by establishing and enforcing organisation standards
Educating customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally
Establishing rapport and maintaining strong key relationships with clients over the phone and face to face
Managing diary effectively
Requirements
Driven, self-motivated, client and customer focused, commercially minded individual to play a critical role in current and future company growth
Previous experience within a B2B sales framework
Being able to work under minimum supervision whilst working from home
Excellent communicator with the ability to build strong relationships and develop long term strategic partnerships
Able to develop a good understanding of the client's business - their needs, requirements and challenges
A confident and determined approach
Innovative and proactive with strong sales ability
A full manual driving license
