2 x posts available, 1 x based at Central Campus, Brighton and 1 x based at Broadwater Campus, Worthing

 

We are seeking to appoint a Student Experience Coordinator to coordinate the development and delivery of cross college enrichment & participation programmes to enhance the student experience, and help drive student attendance, retention, achievement and progression.  You will also be required to coordinate and deliver a cross college Student Voice programme and to collaborate with all Student Services teams to support the promotion, development and impact of their services (LSF, Careers, Work Experience, Wellbeing).

 

You will require experience of working with young people in a leisure, educational, recreational or youth and community setting and experience of coordinating a participation programme, and organising a range of events and activities for young people.  You will also require experience of working effectively with a range of internal and external stakeholders delivering services which meet agreed objectives and KPIs in a fast paced environment.
