Job Title
Administrative Support Assistant
Main Purpose of the role:
To provide administrative support so that colleagues are assisted to deliver services to the public. To contribute to meeting team priorities and ensure confidentiality and other controls are maintained.
Key Tasks:
1. Reception Duties.
2. Invoicing/Petty Cash.
3. Process incoming and outgoing mail.
4. Taking notes at routine managers meetings.
5. Using Excel to run reports.
6. Data Entry.
7. Arranging meetings.
8. General Admin Duties.
Experience
Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel).
Working in an office environment.
Working well within a team.
