We currently have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Spa professional to join our highly successful and award-winning team as Spa Manager to cover maternity leave at this incredibly exciting time.

Reporting to the Spa and Leisure Director in this busy hotel, this role will be a key contributor to the spa’s success – responsible for initially leading and delivering new operational standards and treatments prior to opening; and then managing the spa on a day to basis, maximising guest hospitality and driving sales & profit.

The ideal candidate will understand what an amazing spa experience looks like, have a passion for current trends and thrive in a challenging environment.  They will be familiar working within an entrepreneurial “independent” business environment and have a track record of retaining a strong team and driving a business forward. Candidates will have a minimum of 2 years proven management experience within a leading or renowned spa.
