We currently have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Sales professional to join our highly successful and award-winning team as Spa and Leisure Sales Manager at this incredibly exciting time.

Reporting to the Director of Spa and Leisure in this busy hotel, this position is a key contributor to the hotels success, holding the primary responsibility of driving local business and memberships, into the spa and food & beverage outlets.

The ideal candidate will understand what amazing spa and dining experiences feel like,  have a passion for current trends and thrive on the challenge of working in a fast paced high quality environment, as well as be able to demonstrate the ability to prioritize to deliver against targets set. They will be familiar working within an entrepreneurial “independent” business environment. Candidates will have a minimum of 2 years proven sales experience within a leading spa, leisure or hospitality business.

Your main responsibilities will include:
•    Drive Spa membership both pre and post opening of the Spa
•    Drive sales into the hotel’s spa, food and beverage outlets to the hotel, contributing to the hotel's overall sales ambition
•    Identify all sales potential within the local area, attending networking events to maximize your profile
•    Ensure that the local market is linked with and kept up to date with current developments and promotions within the hotel
