Permanent, Full time opportunity
Salary - £22,000K P/A - £23,000K P/A - depending on experience

Job Description

• To be the first point of contact for the client, raising jobs on the system
• Answering phone calls & emails
• To ensure that so far as is reasonably practicable MTFM reacts efficiently and effectively in line with client SLA's and KPI's

Main duties

• To be the first point of contact for the client
• Log jobs on the CAFM system in an accurate & timely manner
• Respond effectively and efficiently to all customer enquiries and escalate issues to your Team Leader immediately upon receipt

• Provide professional communication with the client and the internal stakeholders
• Manage the approvals and feedback on quotes
• Pass work to the relevant departments
• Escalate high priority work in accordance with the escalation process

Qualifications / Person Specification

• Experience of Maximo or similar system / Concept and Oracle
• Basic experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint
• Educated to GCSE level or above
• Excellent telephone manner and understanding of customer care
• Calm, logical, able to interpret problems, can show empathy where required
• Ability to work within a team structure
• Ability to multi task and prioritise own workload
