Job Details
Chailey Heritage Foundation are recruiting for a Learning & Development Specialist to join their HR team.
In this role you will be responsible for administering an effective and efficient L&D programme to support employee development at Chailey Heritage Foundation.
You will play a vital role in the continuous development of our employees by ensuring that all staff receive appropriate training and the opportunity to develop further.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working with key stakeholders to identify training and development needs within the organisation
- Ensuring that training is delivered at a standard and volume to meet our regulatory requirements
- Designing and delivering training sessions, or researching and reviewing external provisions when necessary
- Monitoring and evaluating training sessions to ensure they are current and effective
- Working in partnership with the School and Social Care Senior Leadership teams, Chailey Clinical Services and external training providers
- Preparing for new staff induction
- Ensuring attendance at training sessions is effectively monitored
- Conducting ongoing reviews of renewable training courses and working with managers and employees to ensure training is kept up to date
- Ensuring up to date information is accurately recorded on the HR system
The ideal candidate will have experience of working within an HR/Learning and Development environment and will have excellent organisation and administrative skills.
