Our client is market leading residential developer, who specialise in healthcare housing. They are currently recruiting for an experienced site manager to help oversee a new build care home project in the Brighton area. Duties & Responsibilities (included but not limited to):  Oversee daily on-site operations Coordinate employee schedules, ensuring adequate coverage Enforce all workplace policies and procedures Coordinate training and professional development activities for employees Maintain and adhere to departmental budget Approve project plans Address and report safety concerns in a timely manner Track and monitors project progress, adhering to prearranged standards Ensure compliance across the work site Review all project contracts before submitting to management Manage sub-contractors to ensure all deadlines are met   Desirable Experience & Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years’ experience on similar projects as a site manager Strong communication skills with good interpersonal and influencing skills Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (MS Word, Excel) etc. Valid and in date SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS card (please note, we will require copies of these prior to your interview should you be successful)   Application Process: Please apply online and submit your most current CV.
