Branch Recruiter
We have an exciting opportunity available to join our team in East Sussex as an Office Recruiter.
Main responsibilities
- To work with the Regional Recruiter to identify and meet recruitment needs for the branch.
- To advertise roles, using various resources, and ensure these are kept up to date
- Monitor response and deal with applications in a prompt, professional and timely manner
- Pre-screen potential candidates and book in for interview, conduct interviews
- Creation of offer packs and personnel files
- Applicant compliance
- Measure the success of various recruitment activities
You will need to be an exceptionally well organised individual with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and have excellent interpersonal and people skills. Experience of working within the Care Industry advantageous.
