MRL Consulting Group is looking for an enthusiastic and creative Marketing Executive to join our team in Hove.

Established in 1997, MRL is an international recruitment consultancy specialising within the niche high technology and financial markets with offices in Hove, France and Germany.

With high demand across all our sectors, we are looking for a Marketing Executive to help assist our Senior Marketing Manager. Working across both B2B and B2C you will be measuring and creating bespoke campaigns/events to help assist our Recruitment Consultants.

What you’ll be doing

Email Marketing - creating templated emails to lists of clients and candidates with direction from the Marketing Manager. You will also help with the email marketing strategy and analyze the impact of the campaigns and demonstrate ROI.

CRO - Working directly with our website providers, you will be looking at continuous ways to help with CRO on the website. This will include liaising directly with designers, talking to the SEO department and driving the direction of the site.

CRM Management - You will be responsible for looking after our data, cleaning our data and how we can improve our CRM integration.

Content - Writing and uploading relevant recruitment lead content to our website, writing award entries, updating the website with sector lead content.

Social Media - Design and create eye-catching designs for our social media platforms.Scheduling social media posts and engaging with people across our social channels.

Paid Media - Promoting videos and adverts across social media through our paid promotions. Experience in creating promoted campaigns is an advantage.

Events - Helping with outreach for bespoke events; finding speakers and venues and promoting the events through email, paid media and social media.

Videos - Help film videos for internal and external use.

Podcasts - Assist with our internal recruitment podcast.
