The company: I am working on behalf of a client who are a South East based group of 15 nursing/residential homes. My client is an expanding organisation who are looking to expand their team with a Training and Development Advisor based at their office in Crawley.
The role: The Training and Development Advisor will report to the Training Manager and will be responsible for developing and delivering a range of learning interventions for managers and staff. Specifically aimed at the personal, management and leadership development of the workforce.
You will adopt an engaging and professional delivery style, using different communication skills as appropriate for the learners. You'll also use a variety of techniques to test learners' understanding throughout the sessions, reinforcing key points and adapting style to ensure they are increasing people’s capability for behaviour change.
Requirements:
·Experience within the delivery of learning
·Experience in developing and delivering learning programmes as well as assessing QCF qualifications
·Experience mentoring in a working environment
·CIPD Certificate in Training Practice or Certificate in Learning and Development Practice, or equivalent experience
·NVQ/QCF assessor qualification
