Red Flag Recruitment are seeking Fluent German Speaking Agents to join a well-established Telemarketing company based in Brighton on their Inbound Customer Service team.
The role of an Inbound Customer Service German Speaking Agent will involve taking inbound calls from customers/businesses in Germany, asking questions and advising on a product to suit their needs.
This is a temporary role for 2 to 3 weeks with the potential to go permanent.
Working Days & Hours: Monday to Friday 09.00am - 5.00pm.
Salary: £10.00/hr - Weekly pay
Requirements of an Inbound Customer Service - German Speaking Agent:
- Fluent in German and English
- Professional telephone manner
- Previous telephone experience is preferred.
- Ability to work within a team
- Strong communication skills
