£80K OTE Uncapped - Direct Sales Executives – Overseas based with a full relocation package.

Leading international media sales business based in Hong Kong is looking to acquire talented sales executives to build on accelerated growth across 2019.

Our client is a global media sales business with offices in Hong Kong, Singapore and throughout Asia. This is a fantastic opportunity to sell a portfolio of products that covers energy, media, telecoms, IT and life sciences. 

These vacancy’s have arisen as a result of internal promotions to management level and continued growth in their Middle Eastern and European outbound teams. Their flat-line business structure encourages a meritocratic culture, hard work and results are rewarded with fast-track progression.

About the Role

You will sell a mix of packages to a range of blue-chip clients across the world. This is a new business role but involves pre-qualified, carefully selected clients, so prospecting won’t be an issue. This is an office based role and it will involve meeting KPI’s in the region on 100+ calls per day and achievable sales targets.

They offer full training with a step by step graduation process; their proven business model is that if you follow their developmental steps and you make the dials, the profit naturally follows.

The first year OTE is in the region of £80,000, but established executives are taking home £200,000+. The role also comes with a full relocation package with flights, accommodation and insurances covered by the employer.

About You

You will have a proven track record of high achievement in B2C or B2B sales. Crucially, you must be a highly driven and ambitious sales professional who is money motivated.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills with strong phone competencies. You must have experience in consultative and direct selling, excellent presentation skills are also key.

Although Media experience is advantageous, previously successful candidates have come from eclectic backgrounds such as Advertising, Sponsorship, Holiday Home Sales, Merchant Services and PPI Claims Advising. We are keeping an open mind regarding types of experience but the underlying prerequisite is being consistently successful in a target driven environment.
