based at the Central Campus, Brighton
We are seeking to appoint an administrator to provide administrative support on all aspects relating to college examination and achievement procedures, including liaison with students, tutors, invigilators, awarding organisations and college managers. You will be planning and timetabling assessments and examinations and liaising with other College support services to obtain, validate and process examination access arrangements.
It will be useful to have experience of working in an Exams team within an educational environment and of using a student records system for managing and administering exams and assessments. Experience of current UK FE funding methodology is also desirable. Essential previous experience would include maintaining and processing large quantities of data, including collection and analysis, experience of organising, scheduling and prioritising work to meet targets and critical deadlines and experience of working as part of a team.
