Job Title: Marketing & Sales Executive
Salary: £20k
Location: Brighton
Our client based in Brighton is looking to recruit a Marketing and Sales Executive to provide support and assist the Marketing and Business Development Team in smooth and timely execution of marketing campaigns and day to day admin work.
Responsibilities
- Internal Communications: responsible for key employee communications channels
- Website updates
- Creating and designing marketing media (on InDesign) to be used on social media, website and presentations
- Managing all social media channels - ensuring we are always creating engaging content & delivering fabulous customer experience (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube)
- Aid in logistics of all internal and external events
- Aid in producing and managing stock of all marketing collateral (articles, campaigns, PowerPoint templates leaflets, brochures & business cards etc)
- Organising and undertaking research tasks that would involve data entry/competitor research/content research.
- Managing CRM database, adding contacts and research on businesses to complete entries.
- Help to maintain the company website, this would involve researching/coordinating monthly content plan/managing profiles and news items. Ensuring all content is properly shared on social media.
- Assisting with the production and management of marketing materials and literature (this can include photo shoots, video creation, email marketing, brand collaborations, blogger outreach and general content)
- Coordinating the production of a wide range of marketing communications
- Assist with the collation of information for promotional literature.
- Taking over some mailing campaigns and helping a range of legal Departments with regular newsletter client communication.
- Co-ordinating the marketing calendar ensuring key staff members are attending networking events.
Requirements
- Graduate with a passion and drive to learn quickly and succeed/ Candidates with at least 1 years' experience in a marketing role will also be considered for this opportunity.
- Enthusiasm for and a good understanding of digital marketing
- Some practical experience managing social media channels either through previous role/work experience/internship
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Good at working efficiently
- Good administration skills with an eye for detail
- Well organised and punctual - works well to deadlines
- Ability to use own initiative as well as working well as part of a team
- Flexible and good at multi-tasking
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word and Excel
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, pro-active and outgoing
- Creative thinker
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Contributes well in Marketing & PR meetings
- Works with all members of the Marketing & PR team to ensure all tasks are executed to agreed deadlines
- Works closely with the Marketing & PR team to take full advantage of opportunities for improved communication and product development
Desirable Qualities:
- Experience of using InDesign (experience of Illustrator & Photoshop would be desirable too)
- An interest in law
- Full Driving Licence
- Photography/videography skills
