HR Assistant – 6-month fixed term contract, immediate start
P/T - Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, 22.5 hours per week
£19,067 (£11,440 pro rata)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Administration Assistant to join the dynamic and thriving HR team at St Peter & St James Hospice on an initial six-month fixed term contract to support the delivery of high quality administration functions across the department. As a vital member of the team you will act as a first point of contact for incoming queries and developing good relationships across the organisation.
Working closely with managers you will support the recruitment process including the candidate’s journey by issuing contracts, advertising jobs and ensuring appropriate pre-employment checks are in place in line with CQC requirements.
You will have excellent IT, planning, organisation and communication skills and be able to work positively towards the development and success of the HR team.
Previous HR experience is desirable. If you are interested in working in a fast paced environment, and are positive, enthusiastic and have an eye for detail then this is could be the opportunity for you! There is the potential for this post to be made permanent.
