Telemarketing Representatives required in Brighton

Red Flag Recruitment are seeking experienced Telemarketing Representatives to join a fast-growing telemarketing company based in Brighton.

The role of a Telemarketing Representative will involve making outbound calls to an existing client base, updating client records and sending over information of product and services by emails.

Previous experience within telemarketing is preferred, but not essential.

Working Days: Monday to Friday.

Working Hours: 3.30pm - 11.00pm.

Salary - £8.21/hr (Weekly pay) + bonuses.

Responsibilities of a Telemarketing Representatives:

• Meet established activity targets and key performance indicators, including outbound calls per day, follow up calls, etc.
• Handle all prospects with courtesy and professionalism
• Establish and maintain a high level of prospect satisfaction in all interactions.
• Ensure database information is accurate and complete.
• Ability to communicate orally in a clear, concise and professional manner.
• Ability to manage multiple prospects, pay close attention to detail, respond quickly to changing business needs and prioritise and organise effectively even when volume and workload exceed expectations.
• Ability to effectively use and multi task with a personal computer; utilise job-specific software applications and other office equipment such as telephone/dialer and headset.
• Must effectively work independently as well as with others
