Director of Customer Service

Working within a high performance team culture, this role will see you support the delivery of high quality customer service at every interaction. This role will contribute to a team culture of service excellence through effective leadership and ensuring the customer is at the forefront of all decision making along with identifying ways to improve sales capability within our growing team.

Your key responsibilities will involve:

• Managing the daily running of the customer service team to ensure high quality and accurate support is provided to customers.
• Leading a team of Team Leaders to develop and support career development.
• Driving people productivity and a high performance culture through setting objectives and KPI’s to target service levels.
• Identifying continuous improvement opportunities by monitoring performance and analysing trends.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• Degree in Business or Business Management preferred with 5 - 7 years sales or sales management experience.
• Strong understanding and proven experience in stakeholder management, business planning, HR, financial performance metrics, change management, campaign management, training and performance.
• Passion for working in a fast paced, dynamic and customer centric environment.
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
• A drive and passion for continuous improvement and personal development.
