My client, an established insurance repair contractor based in the South East, are looking for a Insurance surveyor to join their growing business in Brighton. Within the role, you will be responsible for attending booked appointments to occupied and void properties. You would then have to go in to the properties, carrying out surveys to confirm what works are needed In each dwelling. After this, you would be responsible for specking up each property using a schedule of rates and you would then pass this over to the operation and delivery team to complete works. My client need someone who has a strong building surveying background but also the skillset of being commercially aware so you are able to price works correctly.
