Are you seeking a new and exciting challenge and looking for your next step? Do you have a wealth of customer service and telephone experience and ready to interview immediately?
Red Flag Recruitment are looking for highly professional Admissions Advisers to join our client’s office based in Brighton.
As an Admission Adviser, you will be responsible for taking inbound calls, informing prospective students and guiding them through the unique admission process.
Requirements of an Admissions Adviser:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Professional telephone manner.
- Previous customer service/telephone experience.
- A positive attitude toward customer service necessary, as is the ability to act with composure, diplomacy, and confidence while serving a wide-ranging population in diverse situations.
- Ability to handle complex and confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent cross-cultural interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills expected, as well as comfort with public speaking.
- Ability to take initiative, prioritise, and complete tasks in an organized and expedient manner required, meeting challenges creatively, effectively, and independently.
Monday to Friday
9.00am - 5.00pm.
£21,000 PA + Team bonus.
