Customer Service Advisor

This is an exciting opportunity to join a our team as a Customer Service Advisor in our office in Goring by Sea (Worthing area) for World Of Books company.

As a Customer Service Advisor you will need to have:

• Good knowledge of English language (spoken and written English)
• Excellent attention to details
• Basic computer skills
• Some office experience is highly desirable

Details:

• Salary: £ 8.80/h
• Working Hours:

-Part-time: 10:00-18:00 Saturday and Sunday / evenings (subject of availability) 6.30pm-10.30pm Monday to Friday

-Full time AM or PM shift

• Location: Goring by Sea - Worthing
• Duration: Ongoing, temp to perm

Role of a Customer Service Advisor:

• Customer service (answering phones/ emails)
• Provide excellent service to all customers in line with company standards
• Use the online systems honestly and effectively
