If so, Change Grow Live has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our National Tenders Team.

Change Grow Live is a health and social care charity, working with individual’s families and communities to improve their health and wellbeing, including those affected by substance misuse, crime, homelessness, domestic abuse and anti-social behaviour.

This role provides the perfect opportunity for an experienced, enthusiastic and organised administrator to further develop their skills within a small and supportive team responsible for finding and winning new funding and the growth of the charity.

This role will support the National Tenders Team and will be responsible for key administrative processes including: document review, completion, formatting and production; communicating with commissioning procurement teams and internal stakeholders; collation and circulation of business critical information. The Tenders Team is part of the wider Business Development Team responsible for sourcing all new business opportunities, managing the tender process and submitting all responses for our charity.

The role will also help to develop and maintain our central information databases and will be responsible for conducting research, alongside other core administrative tasks.

The successful candidate will have strong MS Office skills and high levels of IT literacy. They will also have excellent organisational and time management skills along with a keen eye for detail.
