ROTATED SHIFT PATTERN (6am-2pm, 7am-3pm, 12pm-8pm)

We currently have a vacancy for a highly motivated Facilities Supervisor to join our Facilities team, which covers the Domestic, Portering and Stores teams at Crawley Hospital.

You must be able to work on your own initiative, as well as part of a team. You must be able to assess workloads and prioritise effectively and efficiently. You must ensure that the high departmental standards are maintained and regularly audited.

You will need to have excellent communication skills, flexibility to provide team cover and the ability to train, lead and motivate your team, making sure a high quality and professional service is delivered to patients and staff at all times.

You must be able to use a computer and knowledge of Excel and Word would be an advantage.
